Our Hospice could not provide the compassionate work we do without the excellent support of our caring and dedicated volunteers. There are many ways a volunteer can contribute:
- Help with fundraising & events to raise awareness of hospice services.
- Volunteer at the Hospice kiosk located at the Elk Valley Hospital.
- Help support Hospice clients directly via companionship:
- Get educated on how to support end-of-life and bereaved clients.
- Sign up for a Hospice Course. Upcoming Companioning the Dying and Companioning the Bereaved courses will be posted in the News & Events section of our website and will also be on our Facebook page. You can also call us and leave a message expressing your interest at (250) 423-4453 ext. 38109.
